Today, I ran 3.5 miles on the trails and then came home and did some abs using this FitSugar workout (click the photo above for a printable PDF). I’ll be honest: I really pushed myself on my run and I was not the least bit in the mood to come home and do a core workout. But I made a promise to myself (and you!, so I got down and the floor and got it done.

From this workout, I did:

  • Pilates 100s (1 set)
  • Bicycle Crunches (1 set)
  • Seated Russian Twist (1 set)
  • Reverse Curl (2 sets)
  • Twisting Side PLant (1 set)
  • Elbow Plank (1 set)
