(naturally gluten-free and vegan)
2-3 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
1/2 medium banana
1 to 1-1/2 cups of almond milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
2 heaping spoonfuls of pure pumpkin puree
pinch of cinnamon
NOTES: I used LIBBY’S 100% Pure Pumpkin.
Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
Try other fun add-ins:
Add a dash of pumpkin pie spice or Oregon Chai Concentrate for a seasonal twist! Just sprinkle in a bit of the spice or swap a 1/2 cup of almond milk for the chai tea concentrate.
