sparkling rosemary & lime mocktail

ingredients

makes 4 servings

juice of 4 limes
1/4 cup coconut sugar
peel of 1 lime
2 5-inch sprigs of rosemary, plus more for garnish
4 cups Deer Park Sparkling Natural Spring Water, divided
lime wedges for garnish (optional)

Notes: Swap coconut sugar for regular granulated sugar if you don’t have it on hand!<,/em>

directions

In a small saucepan, combine lime juice and sugar, bringing to a simmer over medium heat. Lower heat and whisk until sugar has dissolved. Add lime peel and rosemary, stirring for an additional 30 seconds. Turn off heat and refrigerate mixture for 1 hour.

Remove mixture from refrigerator, and strain out the lime peel and rosemary. Divide the mixture between 4 glasses, serving over ice. Add 1 cup sparkling water per glass. Garnish with rosemary and lime, and serve!
