Makes approximately 3-1/4 cups
56 grams almond flour (about 1/2 cup)
181 grams brown rice flour (about 1 cup)
97 grams teff flour (about 1/2 cup)
42 grams oat flour (about 1/4 cup)
75 grams arrowroot starch (about 1/2 cup)
64 grams + 1 Tablespoon tapioca starch (about 1/2 cup + 1 Tablespoon)
directions
Sift all flours together in a medium bowl and store in an airtight container.
