Hi, lovelies! These last two months have been such a whirlwind of excitement and book frenzy that I feel like I’ve barely had a moment to connect with each one of you here, on the blog.

One thing I know for sure: It has been so much fun to meet so many of you in person at various book events! I spend so much time behind these keys and I don’t always have opportunities to chat with you all face-to-face. But the book has allowed me to do that and it’s been fantastic! My most recent book signing in Pittsburgh at The University Store on Fifth did not disappoint — it was a blast to chat with all of you. A few of my favorite photos:

Not only do I adore meeting all of you at these events, but I also LOVE an opportunity to feed you! At this event, I debuted my Thai Chickpea Quinoa Salad and everyone devoured it. I promised you the recipe, so here it is:
