As I was drifting off to sleep last night and thinking about all of the things I had to do today, a thought popped up in my mind: I never picked a winner of the book giveaway!

“Our gluten free life is rewarding because my son is now happy and healthy. Before his diagnosis in Jan 2011 (he was 18 months old), he was always in pain and he was so unhappy all the time. The poor guy never felt good. A year later, he is has not only gained weight, he has caught up to other kids his age. He is so happy and loves to play. The change in his demeanor was immediate. There was absolutely no question gluten was the cause of his problems. Gluten free living has completely changed our lives for the better.”

Instead, I am just looking to strengthen my core, see a noticeable difference and, of course, show ’em off in a bikini this summer.
Let’s be honest, folks: We’re all a little vain.
I’ve pretty much always had a thin waistline, but I’ve never had a strong middle, and that’s what I’m after. Sure, a slender waist is nice, but I would much rather look strong. Ya know?
So, that’s my goal! Starting tomorrow, I will post the core-specific workout that I will be doing each day, so that you can see what I’m up to and join in if you would like. I’m going to really try to mix it up, so that we get a good feel for what’s out there and all of the different ways we can strengthen our cores. In 30 days, we’ll do a check in and see how we’ve all progressed!
