Sincerely Caroline was created by Caroline Shannon-Karasik as a health, fitness and lifestyle resource for people from all walks of life. Following in the footsteps of her popular blog, The G-Spot Revolution, Sincerely Caroline’s philosophy leans on the truth that there is not a one-size-fits-all healthy lifestyle.

A firm believer in the idea that what we put into our bodies produces an equal outward affect, Caroline has always worked to understand not only what that meant for her own health, but for other people’s as well. Everything from a vegetarian diet to plyometric exercises to food allergies to yoga to name-it-and-she’s-read-about-it, has sparked Caroline’s interest and has led her to consistently research the tools that will help people lead their best lives.
