Want to learn more about how to make healthy choices when grocery shopping? Aisle by aisle, I will walk you through the grocery store and show you how to make better food choices, read labels, introduce new ingredients and pick out healthy on-the-go options. I will also answer your food and nutrition questions along the way, and provide grocery shopping and meal planning tips. The grocery store tour is 60 minutes long and available at any store within a 30-mile radius of Pittsburgh. ** We can also discuss how to shop for specific medical conditions and/or food allergies/sensitivities.
Pricing Details:
* The $75 fee is for a 60-minute one-to-one grocery store tour. Want to bring a friend? Groups of two or more people will be charged $50 per person.
