This guest recipe comes from Kasey Arena at Powercakes! I don’t know about all of you, but Brussels sprouts are one pf my absolute favorite side dishes. Well, it turns out this healthy veggie is also a weekly staple in Kasey’s house! Kasey said this recipe is “so simple to make.”
1 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts
1-2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
fresh rosemary, chopped (to taste)
sea salt and ground pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the Brussels sprouts into quarters, then toss in coconut oil and rosemary. Sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper as desired. Place the prepared Brussels sprouts in a prepared baking dish and roast for approximately 40 minutes.
