when it's ridiculously nice outside …

There are a few things you should do on a day when it’s ridiculously nice outside.

1.) Get the heck outside. I woke up feeling extra sore today after a tough strength workout yesterday, so I decided to nix running and go for a walk. The point? FEEL THE SUN ON YOUR SHOULDERS. Do it in some way, shape or form. You won’t be sorry.

2.) You may or may not choose to practice outdoors. After my walk, it was just too dang nice to go back inside. So, I moved my sweat session to the back patio to stretch out those sore muscles with a little bit of yoga flow. Best decision ever.

3.) Make an icy, cool beverage. I rehydrated today with this totally yummy mix:

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1-1/2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 11 – 12 oz. coconut water, like Vita Coco
  • juice of 1/2 a lime


Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
